4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the infrastructure via DDoS, unauthorized API scraping, or server exploitation.
• Using automated bots or scripts to flood or bypass platform rate limits.
• Using Zakar for unlawful purposes, harassment, or spreading intentional disinformation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zakar aggregates information from external news feeds and third-party APIs. While we make every effort to verify deduplication and entity resolution:

• The Platform is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Zakar does not guarantee absolute completeness or error-free reportage of third-party news sources.
